Tanaz founded ResearchMind in 2020 with one simple goal: help businesses get clear answers to the questions that matter for their success. With training in psychology and neuroscience (Karolinska Institutet, Caltech), her methodological rigor shapes every stage of the work, from how questions are framed and data is collected, to how findings are analyzed and translated into impact. Today, she leads research, strategy, and AI-enablement engagements for dozens of organizations across the US, EU, and UK.
